Senate Bill 1391-Defend/Promote Elk Ranches. It is a bill to created a council (funded by tax payers) to defend/promote Elk Ranches.

Elk Breeders on the offensive - Tuesday, February 12, 2008
Please read this. The five states surrounding Idaho have severly restricted cervidae ranching, or have made it illegal all together. Remember our unanimous position on this issue. All of ISB needs to contact every legislator in our districts to oppose this bill.
