Ilene Berg - Bear Hunt September 2007 This video is of Ilene Berg taking her second bear with her bow.  This footage was taken during the September 2007 season.  17 yard shot with a 12 yard recovery.  Ilene was shooting a Parker bow with Beeman arrows tipped with Modoc 125gr broadheads.  Let us know what you think of the video and if you would like to see more videos. Joe Berg - Bear Hunt September 2007 The interesting thing about this video is that we didn't expect to see any bears.  The bait had been unattended for 2 weeks and was nearly empty but had been active so we setup the stands, making all the usual noise associated with putting stands into a tree.  I told Ilene that I didn't think we would see any bears with all the commotion we made and suggested she hunt for elk that night while I went in and sat in the stands with our 12 year old nephew.  As it turned out we were only in the stands for about 30 minutes when this bear showed up.  17 yard shot, 20 yard recovery, Mathews Drenalin bow and Razorcap broadheads.
